Clay County Citizens need to get on the phone with local and state representatives and see what they are doing to help "Clay County" prosper. Seems there are few that do well for themselves while the rest struggle to put food on the table.
I often here businesses want come to town because they can't find workers, really? How many go to London to work daily?

At just over 8%, Kentucky's unemployment rate is one of the highest in the country. The eastern Kentucky counties of Clay, Jackson, Lee, and Leslie have fared particularly poorly: the unemployment rate in Clay County is 12.7% and only 7.4% of the population has a bachelor's degree or higher, The New York Times reported.
